4.4.15: We Cover The County

Day 7 of shooting: a wild 4 am ride with Anna and her dad Kevin through the hedgerows and down country lanes  (no badgers, but we did see a rabbit!), a 7 am stroll along the Blue Anchor seawall with Bill, talking to all the fisherfolk and the dynamic pink lipsticked lady in the yellow coat (with leopard trim) along the way, (thanks for the breakfast and the nap and the ride, Bill!), a 4 pm marveling at the wonders of Wells Cathedral with Frances, over to Butleigh for an inspiring studio tour and scrumptious pasta dinner at Dove Studios (celebrating 45 years of artful existence!), a rousing 8 pm Skittles Match in Barton with Bron, 10 pm pints and philosophy at the Red Brick with the incomparable Phil Shepherd, and wrapping it all up with a 1 am Bridgwater nightlife crawl with Deb and Natalie. It’s 3 am… It’s early Easter Sunday… We’re back at our beloved B&B and we are sleeping in until noon!!!!
