4.24.12: A Visit From Joff (Day 2)

A Shoorah Shoorah dance party gets us pumped up for a discussion about DIY and handmade cinema with Florian’s Factory Reset class on the tip top floor of the Willem de Kooning Academie followed by a stroll through the Tuesday market, a tasty lunch, a trip to the library, a visit to the church cafe, a Metro ride, a short nap, a long walk and a lovely screening of films by our friends Daan de Bakker, Matt Kemp and Lichun Tseng… Now that’s what I’d call one fine day in Rotterdam!

Paolo Davanzo and Lisa Marr travel the world, sharing movies and music with the masses. At home in Los Angeles, they facilitate community screenings and workshops at the Echo Park Film Center, a non-profit media arts organization.

Hey Lisa, I love that Shoorop song! Gotta check out that gal’s song books.
    Have fun with your friend.
P.S. Max is here for a sleep-over & he likes the song also.
