1.28.13: Tet-A-Tet

The daily pace in Hanoi is really amping up as everyone and his brother prepares for the lunar new year holiday, aka Tết. Luckily the city has enlisted a battery of 9-year-old traffic cops equipped with tiny red flags to keep all those crazy drivers under control!
