7.13.12: Market Day

Friday is market day in Uman, the “big” town 30 km from Legedzine. If you (like us) need soviet military medals, fresh raspberries, tiny hand painted matrushkas, millet, burlap sacks, salty string cheese,  a green plastic watering can, 8mm home movies, a tiny silver ladle, pruning shears, knives with bright pink bakelite handles, bike tools, throw pillows, Euro sandals and baby ducks, this is the place. You can shower here too!
