This afternoon, we bike around the village picking up plants and affection with every stop: basil from Svieta, cherry tomatoes from Baba Hania and tarragon from Baba Nadia. Riding home, the birds swoop around us - “Swallows flying low… that means rain…” - but Naomi gets all today’s treasures transplanted in the Echo Luna garden before a drop falls.
